You will be able to support the athletes’ training process in terms of increasing muscle strength and mass, improving all motor skills, including endurance or speed. You will know how to accurately assess the nutritional status, methods and styles of nutrition, and you will differentiate diets due to inter-individual differences resulting from the type of body build and individual physiological predispositions.
